We frequently sell our projects upon approval of the tentative map. This provides value add to builders or owner-builders wanting to "de-risk" a project by having a building ready to permit.
The projects we intend to sell are generally promoted once we have filed an application for approval. The brokerage efforts will continue throughout the entitlement work up to and beyond, if necessary, approval.
Marketing - we will promote select projects, generally in advance of completion, on the open market. Off-market efforts are also done occasionally.
Brokerage - as a licensed real estate broker, we can negotiate the sale of a project at any time in our development cycle.
